Scaring a Douglas

Summer holidays are over and since Monday school in W.A has been back in session. Besides Monday I’ve attended every day this week, which is a record for me right? :l

So I’m now a big year eleven student! For those who aren’t familiar with Australian school years, year eleven is for sixteen year old teens and is also our second last year of school; year twelve being our final year.

So far this week has been extremely busy, I’ve barely had much internet time let alone free time. This is because I’m doing TEE classed subjects; TEE is Western Australia’s equivalent of what ever you call the strenuous exams that are optional but allow you immediate entry to university (should you pass). So, unfortunately every subject of mine requires quite a bit of thought and even more studying/homework.

The subjects I’m doing are as follows: English, Maths, Biology, History, I.T and Creative Media. With that said, I plan on moving out of Creative Media, which I’ll tell you why in a second but before I do I thought you ought to know about my biology course. The bio I’m doing is part of this newly formed group called PACT, which enables students to meet up at one school with students from a wide variety of other schools, all to learn the specified subject; in my case Biology.

It’s quite different, I had to go down to Rockingham SHS with Brandon for four periods, we ended up finishing at 5pm! Meaning every Wednesday I’m required to attend an eight hour long school day. Fortunately for me I have Brandon and Tyrone (whom Brandon and I both met thanks to PACT. He attends Comet Bay College) to keep me entertained, they’re legends and together we’re quite the dickheads, rofl.

Moving on to my Creative Media class. This class is to do with filming and the likes, which doesn’t seem too bad.. Until you meet the fuckhead of a teacher; Mr Simon Douglas. He is the living epitome of a fucking pussy shithead, literally. What happened? Well pretty much I told him that he taught my brother and that my brother hated him. From then, things turned horribly. You can read parts of what was said here as it’s quite long. Rest assured that when I’m placed in conflict, I WILL win, especially against a Douglas. He was so nervous the whole time that he was shaking uncontrollably. Fail. How to beat a teacher? Reply calmly and feign innocence, but at the same time make your responses fairly cynical and sarcastic. Act superior, like you already own the fight. Act bored.

So that wraps up year eleven so far. It’s quite funny really, but extremely busy. And just so you all know, my brother ditched a ball at Mr Douglas’s head once, LOL. Regardless, I hope you’re all enjoying school/uni/college/work etc.

Oh and I shall return comments soon, but I feel quite sick at the moment (plus I have a kilo of homework to complete, haha). Also, if you’ve looked on the resources page you’ll notice that I’ve actually updated! (The updates were done before school started, but I haven’t blogged since the 18th of Jan lmao).

OH LAST THING (I swear)! I want to give a big hug and THANK YOU to everyone who wished me a Happy 16th Birthday on the 25th of January, whether you did so over Twitter, Facebook or by other means, thank you! *glomp*
